Today the Powerful Pandas learnt how to say

We had so much fun today making our own Outrigger Canoes! 

We learnt about traditional modes of transport used in Tonga! 

We had to think flexibly about how we could make our traditional Canoes out of straws, popsicle sticks or cardboard boxes.

Today we have been talking about why it is so important to look after the environment! We had lots of fun learning about different ways we can look after our environment at school and home.

Today the Powerful Pandas and Superstar Snakes worked together to learn the last Samoan phrase! 
We learnt how to say "Tofa Soifua" which means goodbye in Samoan!

To complete the final challenge we had to use our past knowledge to say all of the Samoan phrases we had learnt this week!

Today The Powerful Pandas had lots of fun learning how to say "O lo'u igoa o"which means "My name is.." in Samoan! 

 Roslyn took up the challenge to introduce herself to Mrs Sheridan Smith in Samoan!

First we put bubble liquid into the little bowl.

Next we blew the bubbles with a straw!

Last we caught the bubbles with a pice of paper!

Volcano Eruption!

First Penni put the Baking Powder in the Volcano.

Next Ryley put the red food colouring into the Vinegar!

Then we poured the vinegar into the volcano and it EXPLODED!

The Powerful Pandas loved watching the volcano explode and here are some of our stories after watching the experiment!
